R' Aron camp braces for Zaloiny attacks
The presents of the Williamsburg Satmar Rebbe, R' Zalmen Leib Teitlebaum, was quite evident in Boro-Park this Shabbos. A giant tent, multitudes of Police cars and foot patrol were only some of the more blatant signs. However there were some very subtle signs as well. At the 53rd Street Satmar Shul, occupied by the Aroinies, the smell of fear wafted through the air. In an effort to avoid an attack on the Shul by the Zaloinies, all entrances besides the front door, were chained shut with heavy-duty steel chains.
